                                    "The United States Top Ten Libya Ambassadors! " 


The very first ambassador of the United States Libya was, Andrew Green Lynch who was appointed on December 24th, 1951. Henry Serrano Villard , appointed February 7th, 1952. Awarded credentials on March 6th, 1952. Terminated mission on June 24th, 1952. John L. Tappin, who was a political appointee of the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary. Became a leader on September 25th, 1954. Terminated on the Ambassador Jones on the day of March 17th, 1958. John Wesley Jones, the ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary which he was appointed on February 5th, 1958.  Granted presented credentials on March 17th, 1958 and terminated , and left Libya on December 20th, 1962.  Edwin Allan Lightener, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, appointed on May 3rd, 1963 and was presented award on May 27th, 1963. Terminated his mission on June 30th, 1965.  David D. Newsom. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary was appointed on July 22, 1965. Presented on OCtober 16th, 1965 and left post on June 21, 1969. Joseph Paimer the second who was the ambassador title of extraordinary and plenipotentiary. Appointed on July 8th. Received credentials and got awarded on October 9th, 1969 and then aborted mission on November 7th, 1972. 


Harry S. Truman was appointed President on May 8th, 1945 through December 26th , 1953.  Who was the 33rd President of The United States.  The United States President is the head of the state,  the government and is the commander in chief of the United States Armed Forces. Each President gets a right to be elected by the electoral college by the people to a four - year term. Yet the twenty second amendment which got adopted in 1951 prohibits any one from ever being elected on the third election.  The list of the United States presidential line is as follows.

A job of an ambassador varies from country to country. The ambassador lives in a country that he/she represents as a delegate of the United Nation. In order to become an ambassador, one must receive a Bachalor's Degree in the political or government roll. And one must have experience in such relations.
