With the White House being in the news a lot lately due to the many scandalous events that occurred our President Obama is not happy or thrilled . This has been his toughest week yet for our President.  While it may have been his toughest week, ( and more to come )   this month yet alone, his ratings went up by +2.5%. When American's approved him by 49.0%. Yet alone , congress was hit hard and fell by 59.2%.  Which leaves them at a 16.6% approval rate.  ( The month of May 19th, 2013.  ) 

There are a few scandals in "The White House,"  which, I'd like to call them, " Rumors. " 

IRS fell hard when the news broke that Tea Party conservative political organizations might have been targeted by " IRS . And the attack also was a connection with IRS on Benghazzi, Libya. 

Then, there is a scandal on the holding of two months of telephone records of journalists by the Associated Press. Neither the least, Susan Rice has been also mentioned along side that, Republicans deserve to give her an apology and United Nations for blaming her for the potential scandals. 

Which follows up to the Benghazi, Libya attack. IRS targeted words such as "patriots", " 9/12"  and " tea party, " were used in the IRS scandal. When this kind of attack or scandal, some call it, scam happens in our government of 21st Century, it only happens in 3rd world countries. Not in our government where American people deserve the best trust from our government. Not a corrupt government.  Where IRS scams politicians to for " tax exemption."

Bill Clinton stated in his speech to the Democratic National Convention on a wednesday that, since 1961, for 52 years now, the Republicans have held the White House 28 years, the Democrats, 24 years. In those 52 years, or private economy has produced 66 million private sector jobs. So what's the job score? He stated that, " Our private economy has produced 66 million private sector jobs ( million. ) ( cheers, applause. ) 

With our economy closing down  for "The Dow Jones Industrial Average (:DJI ) lost of 1.2% close to the day at 12,938.11. The Standard & Poor 500 ( S&P 500 ) which shed 1.1% around  December 31st of 2012. 

While our Dow Jones logged its longest five-day decline since July and our pending home sales jumped to its highest level in two and a half years.  Unfortunately, our ten of the S&P 500's industry groups close in the red and the  energy sectors were the biggest losers. By the end of December 2012.

With that said, after the meeting was held with the Congressional leaders, President Obama said : " I'm modestly optimistic that an agreement can be achieved. Nobody is going to get 100 per cent of what they want, but let's make sure that middle-class families and the American economy - and, in fact, the world economy  - aren't adversely impacted because people can't do their jobs. "  

With President Clinton's strong believes on President Obama's re-election he stated the reason we ought to re-elect President Obama is that he still committed to constructive cooperation. ( cheers , applause) 

While in Clinton's speech where he warned the public about 2016 he stated that , when rebutting, the Republican contention that the economy has worsened under Obama. 

With President Obama's " Budget Control Act" this bill will save more than $900 billion over 10 years by imposing long-term spending restrains. Says the White House.  The budget also saves $350 billion from the base defense budget. These statistics on our reductions will be accounted on our out look of our missions, roles, and capabilities that will reflect our Presidents options and judgement calls on commitment to protecting our national security. The very first ambassador of the United States Libya was, Andrew Green Lynch who was appointed on December 24th, 1951. Henry Serrano Villard , appointed February 7th, 1952. Awarded credentials on March 6th, 1952. Terminated mission on June 24th, 1952. John L. Tappin, who was a political appointee of the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary. Became a leader on September 25th, 1954. Terminated on the Ambassador Jones on the day of March 17th, 1958. John Wesley Jones, the ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary which he was appointed on February 5th, 1958.  Granted presented credentials on March 17th, 1958 and terminated , and left Libya on December 20th, 1962.  Edwin Allan Lightener, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, appointed on May 3rd, 1963 and was presented award on May 27th, 1963. Terminated his mission on June 30th, 1965.  David D. Newsom. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary was appointed on July 22, 1965. Presented on OCtober 16th, 1965 and left post on June 21, 1969. Joseph Paimer the second who was the ambassador title of extraordinary and plenipotentiary. Appointed on July 8th. Received credentials and got awarded on October 9th, 1969 and then aborted mission on November 7th, 1972. 

Harry S. Truman was appointed President on May 8th, 1945 through December 26th , 1953.  Who was the 33rd President of The United States.  The United States President is the head of the state,  the government and is the commander in chief of the United States Armed Forces. Each President gets a right to be elected by the electoral college by the people to a four - year term. A job of an ambassador varies from country to country. The ambassador lives in a country that he/she represents as a delegate of the United Nation. In order to become an ambassador, one must receive a Bachalor's Degree in the political or government roll. And one must have experience in such relations. 

Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens ( Introduction )

Benghazi was a diplomatic mission in Libya that was attacked on September 11th, 2012, by an unknown group that is still being investigated by American government. Where four people were killed in the attack, which included, U. S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens two former Navy Seals, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods and several others wounded. 

Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens was born on April 18th, 1960 who then later became a lawyer and a diplomat. Later in life, he became a U. S  Ambassador to Libya from June 2012. Then on a tragic 2012, September 11th he was killed in the Benghazi consulate attack.  He was the 10th United States  Ambassador to Libya.

The United States Ambassador's  first political service was in 1991. He joined the " United States Foreign Services."  The United States Foreign Service was created in 1924 by the Rogers Act. This service combined the consular and the diplomatic services of The United States government. 

Stevens was the first U. S  ambassador to die in office since the 1988 air crash in Pakistan which killed Arnold Lewis Raphel.
